Blueberry Babes....
Before Grandma Elsie flew home we were able to go pick blueberries. We ventured over to a field in Nunica...why you ask? It would have been to easy to head to the field that is 3 miles from my house!
The real reason $$. You guessed it....we will try for miles to save on our berries! They were priced at a measly .40 lb! Much cheaper than the 1.50 at area farms. Anything for a bargain! They did fail to tell us they were Blueberry trees not bushes! We need to be a giraffe to get them! We did pick about 2 lbs each..a whopping .80! We told the farmer 
paying only a dollar. We had lots of laughs and made some fun memories!
to 'keep the change'.... kinda felt bad
