We are packed up and leaving on Tues July 15-Sun July 20 for Munising MI!

This was the FIRST year Trent could drive on his own!

Oh And Troy bought a "new to him" quad...He bought Aunt Kristi's Kawasaki

this is the "Scene of the Accident"...Daren (on far right) had a slip and fall accident and fell on his knee cap and broke it..we did not know that till after we arrived home and he had an x-ray!

The "adults" wore our T-shirts out to dinner at Foggys in Christmas MI

Daren explained the weird t-shirts to our waitress ..she got quite a chuckle as she went around the table reading each one!
a funny...Daren was giving his order and he told the waitress that "mustache" (which what was one Kellys shirt) was with him...she pointed at Neil and said "him??"..lol...maybe not so funny now but it was at the time!

All I remember is it was sooo hot...that shrub was the only shade in the whole area! (which didn't really help!)
sometimes they take us to see water and clean sand
Then we go back to our reality -- massive mud holes!
So we were *trying* to get to a Laughing Whitefish waterfall.
The holes were ENORMOUS and LONG and THICK and the Mosquitoes were the size of sparrows and and and...and then when we got close by quad (or what we thought was close) we had to get off and walk and walk walk..it was hideous! We had to drive through a farmers field to get there and back ..the farmer had mannequins in his yard ..Eddie would have felt right at home!! lol..only in the U.P.! :)
Kelly and I got to the falls took a 2 second look and practically ran back to the quads..all that to wait for everyone else to get back...hahaha..we didn't think through that very well!
Seriously people we went through this.

On our way home, on US2 just west of St Ignace, we stopped to let Trent swim in Lake Michigan!
I do have to say, we are so lucky to have such a awesome lake in MI!
